I just got a 61 FSR but it did not have a carb. After much questioning I decided to go with the 7D carb. This carb has a huge venturi. My 61FX went bye-bye so this engine is replacing it. Since I put the FSR in my a-plane it went from only coating the horizontal with oil to coating the left bottom right horizontal vertical......should I continue. I Do realize that this is an older engine but holy cow. it seems like more oil is coming out of other places than the muffler. Is it spitting back out the venturi. I have this engine on an ultrastick so it is side mounted.
