Well the piece came in for my 2.5 vee friday got the old one out put the new one in and waited for saturday. Got out to the pond fired the boat up plopped it down it the water and took off. All was great for about the first tank of gas. Filled it back up and off I went again but this time I was hearing this noise like something was very bad out of line so I brought it in shut it down and pulled the cover off to have a look. Once again the seven dollar piece of plastic that mates the clutch to the prop drive shaft was melted where the prop shaft goes inside of it. Now im looking for a complete driveline make over im wanting to get the rossi speedmaster hardware like on off shore electrics. My question is what will I need besides the hardware kit and the coupler to mount the flex cable to the engine will I need to get it to work on a nitro vee. Im pretty set on getting that but im just not sure how to set it all up. [sm=confused.gif]
