Default RE: Need a little help here.

I have arf version and when i installed the engine i also installed a quick filler valve so i don't need to take off the cowl or try to get to the fuel lines. You could get the quick fueler and install it and a fuel filter separate. here's the one i used but i'm sure that horizon sells something like it. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXK135&P=0

Plum Crazy

Thanks Plums, I saved it in my favorites so I can order it later. I'm sure I can install it in a Plug-n-play. I'm going to order my plane on the phone so I can ask them to look in the box to make sure there is no damage to the rudder before they send it. I'm going to do all I can not to play "Post Office Tag" with them so to speak... if you know what I mean.

Listen, anyone who has IPAC Aerofly Pro Deluxe Sim 8.0 or 9.0 and is interested in Beta Testing a J-3 Cub in comparison to the flight characteristics to the Hanger 9 Cub, Please PM me and I can send it to anyone through E-mail to anyone who is interested.

I gave it a O.S. 46ts in it for power and sound. It fly's very close to scale. It's a little hard to loop from a straight and level flight at full power, but not impossible with a 46ts. I could put a 40ts in the plane, it would make it more scale like. If anyone has the Hanger 9 Cub and has my sim, please contact me... I need testers before I upload the plane for others to enjoy. I added a R/C Universe advertisement on the tail just for kicks.

Someone else did the modeling for the original Aerofly version. I exported it to work for the newer Simulator. If anyone has the new addon pack, I'll send you a TMD file so it will work on the updated APD Simulator.

Please explain how you managed that!

It's called love my friend. I'm fully supportive to what she does and vice versa. Been married for over 5 years, and still going strong so far. My wife has always been around airplanes... One uncle flew for the Luftwaffe in WWII, and she has a living Uncle who flew in Vietnam and Desert Storm. He was shot down by small arms fire, and was a POW in Desert Storm. When he ejected he got busted up really bad, plus he was tortured a bit as well from what he told me.

When my wife married me she got wind from my family that I used to fly, and I used to buzz my parents house when I had my Solo Permit many years ago. When she heard that, I think she thought it was cool. She won't fly with me today... she thinks I'm crazy. She stated if I ever got a Ultralight that she wants me to get Life Insurance. I don't know if she's smart... or evil, maybe a little of both. lol She enjoys watching our Club fly, she gets with the other Ladies while us boys play with our airplanes. lol
