Tom, the 41% looks real nice. I was highly impressed with what I saw recently at Sherman. Just a few questions to get my thinking/calculating juices flowing. Exactly what is the distance form the tailwheel itself to the (front) axles; what is the total distance from the widest part of the rudder to the tip of the spinner; what is the distance from stab tip to stab tip assembled on the plane; and what is the height of the plane from the tail wheel to rudder tip?
Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.
Bobby
Ok here's what I have.
Fuse length from the fin (not the rudder) to the front face of the cowl is 98". The big rudder is 13.25" long for a total of 111.25. With the small rudder which is 11" long it's 109".
Total length will depend on your spinner, standard would be another 5" for a grad total of either 114" or 116.25" depending on which rudder you select.
Stab width is 48". Rudder height is 23.5, allow another 2-3 inches for a tailwheel.
Tailwheel to front axles will be about 85".
I hope it fits.
