I'm gonna have to disagree with Hogflyer here. The Tower add doesn't indicate any special radio or mixing needed and in fact only calls for a very basic radio.

It's also a very inexpensive plane overall but I can't tell how difficult it would be to fly. It is very unfortunate that Tower failed to include an instructions link on their page.
