Seems to me the gyro needs to be reversed... classic symptoms. Make sure you try ONLY reversing the gyro then you can try to reverse both. You may also need to reverse in the radio and not the gyro or vice versa... sometimes there seems to be no ryme nor reason for what needs to be reversed gyro servo both...
