Why does the manufacters upbilled the tire sizes?
some examples:
blackfoot tires billed to 125mm. they are 120.
monster beetle tires billed to 130. they are 127 with spikes.
clod buster tires billed to 165. they are 161.
big brute tires billed to 136. they are 132.
how the heck can they meassured that wrong?!?!
