If the guy in the uniform even knew the differences between RC and control line, he was some RC'er. We get them out here all the time, they think they own the world.

Him "Can't fly CL here in the state park, only RC. Our club controls all models in the park" (wrong, they fly FF and rockets there)
Me "Let me get the ranger, and we can ask him" (I knew what the ranger would say)
Him "Ok you can fly, just stay out of my way I have spent thousands on that airplane, what frequency are you on?" (what a jerk))
