You all do know it's common practice to drill 3/4 of the way up from the underside surfaces where the CA hinges are and pin the CA hinges in place with a piece of toothpick? If you peg them before you CA they will all be snug and secure, and the CA will secure the peg at the same time. A real belt-and-suspender's solution.
