I have exactly the same combination in my Sundancer. As you can see from the pictures, the installation is very tight. I even had to cut off 1/4" of the muffler on the exhaust side and weld on a new end cover to keep it inside the cowl. I also had to move both sub-C size nicads to the rear of the airplane for balance. On the other hand, performance is excellent and the engine runs like a watch.
