Thanks Ralph, thought it was. It definately has a Sachs crank, and you are right, it is an A&M. Always wondered how to tell a Walker from an A&M. Already know the crank ID, and all about the "soft" cranks. Seems their reputation, makes even the ones with a good crank reasonable to buy. I don't need my ego soothed by a "label".
BTW the plug wire insulation has been burned by a rear muffler. Can it be removed from the coil and replaced?
