Don't get me wrong there Red. I really prefer the Mom & Pop LHS. Hobbytown USA is not that. It is no more than an online store that you can visit. My rant is more about the impersonal lack of knowledge and availble product that I encountered today at my Not so Local chain type hobby shop. I wish the fellow with the LHS 45 miles away would branch out into my town!

i agree 100% i once went into a chain an they were very rood to me. the only thing i would change about layne's statement is instead of putting an lhs in my town, but put one across the street from me
