I bought a magic 3d from a guy at my club. Right after I gave him the money for the plane we went out and flew it. On approach the vertical stab seperated and the plane crashed. There was damage to the fuselage and to the left wing. When I tore off the covering to check out the wing I found that most of the wing ribs had broke. I also saw that a bunch of places in the wing weren't glued very well. There was only a few small dabs of epoxy on all the joints in the wing. I was very disappointed in the quality of work in this ARF. After I beefed up the joints and recovered it I tood her for a test flight. She flew great and has been ever since. I'm happy with the way the plane flies but it could have been built better.
