also remove & inspect the tx module. it might be seated incorrectly.

also, is this a new cp? did this just start after a crash?

i had glitches with an esc mounted too close to the rx, but that only occured with the motor running. i also had some glitching from a bad servo. in that case, the servo would jitter if it passed through or i tried to keep it on the "bad" step (step=position).
