Default RE: Chip Hyde's Cap-X - Building & Flying

FLYBOY, I agree with PATZANE. The covering is terrible.. I already lost the blue on the leading edge top, and it is peeling all over. So far I have about 30 +/- flights on mine. Inverted flat spins great, Harriers great, Hovers OK ( it seems to be alot more work than my Yak), Knife edge there is alot of coupling (is that spelled right?), but, mixed most of it out. Watch out for the "Cap Snap". My first two or three flights took a little getting used to. As far as servos I'm using Hitec 5985's all around. these are very fast and strong especially at 6volts. If flying 3D they are a must in my opinion. Check out Troybuiltmodels I purchased these servos for about $15 less than Tower was asking. ....EMVIN....
