Homlite Timberman 45cc. The current one has a red top and automatic choke.

As was said above, the one from 3 or 4 years ago has a black top and manual choke.

The Timberman as originally equiped from the factory is a .325 pitch 18" bar. But there was a lot of the black top ones that were factory refurbished that came with a .325 20" bar

As a chainsaw, the newer (current red top) one is more user friendly for the "dude" homeowner. But the carb is mounted on the saw case and not on the cylinder. This not as desirable as a model engine. However, unlike the Poulan 46, the newest style Timberman's intake port boss is round which makes it easy to machine a carb insulator or adaptor.

They seem to have about the same power
