Have you changed the tail motors? Are your motors grounded (small wire going from the neg post on the motor to the motors case)? I have had glitching issues before and grounding the motors cleared it right up. Is your 4n1 fused or are you running separates? 4n1 around $40 little expensive for a trouble shoot but who knows could be it.
