Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you. Things got kinda crazy for me for a bit. I am getting reports back from guys of anywhere from about 40 hours up to 80 hours. This time includes mounting the floats to the plane and painting the floats. It really depends how much skill and experience you have under your belt. I would say the time frame would be very similar for mounting and finishing the BUSA floats, with the exception that you would have to build the BUSA floats first.
