I agree with you 100% about Brielli's customer service. I have 4 Brillelli engines and each one is a great running engine. Right now I am building a GP Giant Aeromaster that I plan on using my Brillelli 40GT on. The fuselage is long and narrow and you cannot get you hands down install the fuselage to mount any bolts for your engine so GP has already mounted 8x32 blinds nuts for you to attach to. These blind nuts are already set for a Fuji 43/ei engine but won't work for a Brillelli 40GT. I have talked to Scott about this and he is going to make a back plate for me to mount to the blind nuts and then mount the 40GT engine to that. Where else can you get custom made parts for your application from. No were that I know.
