I've been flying RC planes since 1974 but have never owned a gas engine. I picked up a Yellow Aircraft P-47 and assumed I'd put a Moki 2.10 in it. I think it's time for a change. What's the best gas engine on the market for a plane this size? I'm not as concerned about price as I am a good scale-like power ratio. I read one thread where several people used a G-45 and described it as fast, a G-62 would be a rocket. I'm confortable with what I've read about chosing a G-38 but is this the best engine?
