I don't see anything wrong with someone posting their experiences wtih a particular RC or brand of RC. Personally i have had good luck wtih CEN products. Better than I had wtih traxxas or HPI anyway.
I mean, if it wasn't for user feedback, more people would have gotten warheads lol.

I do know what it's like to have customers bash your companies products (I was a GM sevice consultant), and sometimes its hard even in person not to say anyhting, and it's pretty easy to over react on the net because you never have to be face to face with the person, but I thought that letter was mostly informative, but maybe it did have a bitter tone to it.
