Petroleum based "after-run" oils do not mix with methanol-based fuels.

I may be wrong! But I don't think it matters if it mixes or not. A few rev's and it comes out the pipe mixed or not. It may be different if you fill the cranckcase up but, a few drops, enough to coat the innards should not matter. Like I said I may be wrong but, thats what I think, for now!
What Morgan Fuels is trying to tell you, it's what happens to those substances while the engine is not in use. It's the interaction of unburned fuel with petroleum based products that can cause rust and corrosion. And you are right, the stuff goes out the pipe, but the damage may be already done.
