Yep, thats a Hen Long 'Snow Leopard' aka the M26A3 Pershing. You can also find a dealer that sells upgraded versions on eBay and privately:

He does not charge quite as much, and many of us have dealt with him with mostly satisfied results (dunno of any merchant thats got a perfect sales record)

The 'Super' Versions he advertises have metal-geared gearboxes, better batteries and BB's, and you can select from his 'free parts' to get any spares you think you might want or need (like antennas if you have a habit of bending/loosing 'em)

There are a few reputable US sellers, but most do not carry the metal-gear versions, or the other upgrades like metal tracks, sprockets, and suspension arms.
