I have rebuilt my nextar after a mishap and I also took my 46FXi apart to clean the dirt and debris from the internal components, I have the engine running well with a very slight hesitation when transitioning from idle to full throttle, I think I can tweak it out but I noticed air in the line from the tank to the needle valve every 3/4 of an inch or so, I do not see the air in the line from the needle valve to the nipple on the carb, is this normal , or should I be concerned, I have not flown since the rebuild and was concerned....I have only ran it in the garage on the work bench and if I need to adjust I want to do it before going to the field......
