A lack of response! I've bought 2 of your airplanes and have been generally pleased with
the value. Kit components are sometimes useless. I received 2 right hand gear legs in one kit and the tailwheel wire was not long enough to extend up to the rudder. Okay, I made all
new stuff. BUT, the last model I received (the 40 size Zero did not include aa assembly manual. Now, I am an experienced modeler and can figure most things out, but I need to
have an idea of what the designer intended. You know, such things as cowel location and
mounting intent. The CG location would be nice.
I received this kit over a week ago and have stopped building it while waiting for some meager response from Nitro about providing me with a manual,,(yes, I know they stink)
but still, they give us some hints.
I had in mind to put a 4 airplane package together for xmas and put a call through to see
if I might save anything on shipping. No response.
I cannot deal with a company that provides absolutly zero customer service.
I know you've got a container load of planes coming in at the end of the month. Merry Xmas,

Hi, can you PM me your order# so I can do some follow up on your case...to be honest iwth you, our business model for nitroplanes.com is to supply what the consumers want at an affordable price...the only thing that we lack is technical service but we do our best to provide the best customer service possible...I have to admit i'm pretty embarrassed myself sometimes when there are technical stuffs that we cannot answer and we have to forward the questions to mfg or some good flying friends around RCU....We've talked and talked and talked with the mfg to ask them to fix the manuals and add more informations, and they have been telling us that they will improve...i don't know...but I guess the guy that writes all the manuals is too expert in this field that he doesnt think for many people below his knowledge
...u know, like two textbooks on the same subject but there may be one that is harder to comprehend compared to the other....but no worry my friends...while we still lack technical service, we still got RCunivere.com and there are so many bright people here like Opjose and alot more that have super knowledge in this field...basically from what i see, whenever someone post a question here, it'll be answered fairly quick!...and we've found alot of bright people to review our airplanes now...so basically you'll see tons of reviews next year...we hv the bobcat reviews on modelairplanes, UAV, skymaster, and a guy from RC jet will be doing tons of review for us too...so it's all good!
