It is good to see nitroplanes back on the forum. This is all good but they still have not replaced parts damaged in my kit dispite sending them photos - twice - and numerous emails and voice messages. They make good promises like "I will definitely investigate". I need to know: Are you going to replace it or not. If so, when will it ship?

I am not asking for technical support. All I need is for them to replace a defective part in a timely manner or at least acknowledge when they will get around to it.

I am sorry Nitroplanes but when you say things like: "the only thing that we lack is technical service but we do our best to provide the best customer service possible..." I have to disagree. You have not provided me with ANY service.

My intent is not to flame you or degrade but you have a problem you need to deal with and your potential customers need to know what to expect.

Your actions speak so loud I cannot hear your words.
