When you say "PM" I assume you mean personal email. Been there done that. The quote if from his pm response.
Perhaps we should encourage everyone who has had a service issue with nitroplanes to post a cronology of contacts and messages with responses. It would be a real eye opener for NP.com to see their service from the eyes of their customer. It would also be useful for potential NP.com customers to understand what to expect.
