I got's to know, has anyone ever talked to anyone at np anyone at all got through to them at all, i got's to know,
In other threads there are people who report no problems getting through to them by phone.
I've gotten e-mails back in a timely fashion, but I usually keep barraging them with the same e-mail over and over until they respond... however e-mails are not the greatest way to do customer service, though a lot of companies seem to believe so.
Posting an log of ACTUAL responses and e-mails (not the recounting of telephone conversations) of an unresolved issue may be good to get it resolved.
That has happened several times already here.
