I am please to report that Nitroplanes has finally responded to my concerns and requests in a favorable and generous manner. (perhaps a result of my posting last night?)

As I have said all along: Nitroplanes offers value products for experienced modelers and their is a right place for their product. See my other posts for details.

I am glad to see NP is taking their service issue seriously and trying to make changes - their survival depends on it.
