Also - on the tail skid - slip a piece of fuel tubing up on it to take up the gap between the ground and the end - makes a little rubber bumper for the tail.
On the rotor - make sure the shaft hasn't worked away from the bearing on the opposite side - I had the same thing happen in a low hover and then realized that just pushing the tubing on was pushing the shaft through.
