go for it. The Avistar is an excellent plane and you should have no problems learning with it. Price is right.

You can use the .46 in the Avisar later or save it for your next plane. I have a tower .46 in a Ultra Stick and it screams!!!!!

Fuel is around $14 a gallon for 15%
