Hi yetti, the avistar is a great trainer and allows you to do some basic aerobatics. The .46 engine is a good choice but you'll need to shift your batt pack towards the tail to get the right cg. Wouldn't the arf version be cheaper than the rtf ? It's not that difficult to put an arf together, with some basic tools........
