RE: no bump start?
That's where you would have to do a part number check against the older model Rush and the Newer Rush Evo. I'm not all too sure the FE15 uses the same one-way bearing as the T15 or the same backplate. That's a T15 engine, so look up the T15 parts. Or, if you have a little extra money to spend, you could save yourself the trouble of trying to workout the kinks of a used engine from ebay (could very well be trashed) and just buy a new engine with a pull start (solve the engine problems and start fresh).
