Default no bump start?

Hey i was just wondering how do you start a bump start truck without a bump start? Is there another way to start the truck or is a bump start my only option?

Bump starting will only work if your flywheel is exposed underneath the chassis. If this isn't an option for your truck, depending on what engine you have, you'll be able to get either a pull (recoil) starter or some kind of rotostart/shaft-driven electric starter unit.

What kind of truck do you have?

Get a new pull starter. He doesn't have the original one that can with it, but the backplate for it is still there.

You should be able to buy a starter box( aka bump starter) on ebay for cheap. I have seeen them go for as cheap as $30 and they probably go for cheaper then that. There a great buy. but you can get a pull start or something like that but you have to buy a new back plate a starter shaft and a pull start or whateve you want. So it might cost less in the end to just buy a starter box off ebay.

That's where you would have to do a part number check against the older model Rush and the Newer Rush Evo. I'm not all too sure the FE15 uses the same one-way bearing as the T15 or the same backplate. That's a T15 engine, so look up the T15 parts. Or, if you have a little extra money to spend, you could save yourself the trouble of trying to workout the kinks of a used engine from ebay (could very well be trashed) and just buy a new engine with a pull start (solve the engine problems and start fresh).

A good cheap engine for a noob would be any O.S engine, or Dynamite 12spd is another good one.(The Dynamite is all I run, but I mod them first)
O.S. has the reputation for being solid, consistent, and reliable for a fair price.

The Dynamite doesn't have an over-abundance of power in stock form, and is a nice, reliable, easy to tune mill. Bonus on the Dynamite is the con-rod is knife-edged, and the ports on the sleeve are just begging to be modded. When done right, it gives it more punch in the mids, and plenty more revs.(when done wrong, it only costs about $40 to try again)
