I have an older OS Max RF 61 pumper engine that I'm trying to get some information on. As far as I can remember I purchased it in the late 1980's. I looked for it on the O.S. site tonight and found two engines that are similar but they don't quite match. It was purchased from Mulchers Hobbies (sp) along with a Hanno Pretener (sp) Magic. I'm just getting back into the hobby about 2 years ago after a long absence and want to finish the Magic and put in the 61 RF and the pipe that came with it.

The engine runs great, just not through the pump! I've got to send it in to have that worked on. I've never run it with the pipe, but it must run like a scalded dog with that attached. From my racing days when a bike came on the pipe you'd better be hanging on and I'm sure it's the same with this plane/engine combo.
