Don't tell us that you couldn't get it, we all know that. What we DO want to know is what kind of condition it was in after UPS threw it around, bottom stacked it, let it fall off the truck, let fall off the conveyor belt then had a truck back over it and blamed the total distruction on improper packing thereby turning down any and all claims!
