My kit was supposed to be an all blue version painted in the mold, Panther Coat, whatever you want to call it. What arrived to my door was startling. The jet had a very poor exterior paint job on it. The jet looked like it was painted by a four year old in a sandstorm with a can of krylon. It was covered with overspray, dust particles, dry spots, heavy buildup other places and a mysterious white mist. The fuselage was cracked in several places to boot. Needless to say, I was not happy and very disappointed having waited several months to get this kit and having paid a premium for the scale option package. I will say that the quality of work for the scale options (pre hinged gear doors, speed brakes and dive brakes) was outstanding. Perfect fits with no gaps. It has been two weeks now and I am still waiting for my refund!!

Hi Dom

As per my earlier e-mail, your cheque for the full cost will arrive by UPS Express tomorrow. Both Dean and I apologize for the quality of the kit you received. It is definitely not up to our or PST's normal standard.

Sincerely,
Ed

The Panther that Dom received was painted externally and not to his standards. Fit and quality of the components were not questioned.
As a distributor of PST in North America, customer service is important so we have offered to take back the kit and Dom will have his money refunded.

Yes, all PST Panther kits and turbine engines are produced inhouse at PST Jets Co Ltd. in Bangkok Thailand.
