Nice track, but I see your problem straight away, your shocks are too stiff and the Toe out wont be doing you any favours either as it's limiting your steering.

I suggest you go for
Shocks 25wt front / 30 wt rear
Springs white
Diffs 10K/10K/1K
Camber F 0' / R +2'
Castor 17'
Toe F in 1'/ R in 1.5'
Wishbones level F/R
Turnbuckles in center inboard holes
Ditch the tyres for HoBao angle spikes (Or a soft spikey compund tyre)
Medium Firm foams
Shocks to top mid holes F/R

Then try itandif you don't feel good just adjust one thing between runs.
