What you really should do is send it in with a letter explaining that the engine has sat for a long period of time. Tell service that you never could get it right and finally gave up trying.

I suspect that it may have some issues that you cannot fix with any of the adjustments.

1. 1.5 to 2 turns open on the idle airbleed, 2 turns open on the HS needle. Should be very rich on the HS with this setting.

2. Blow through with your mouth, then turn it around and try blowing through it the other direction. You should only be able to blow through one direction.

3. If it flows fuel to the carb and the carb doesn't leak fuel when the tank is pressurized and the engine is stopped, it should be OK.

4. Same as #3
