Thanks Andy, I'll try a 12x4. What about a 12.25x3.75?

3D_Flyer, our temps here on the west coast have been no where neer as hot as those on the east coast lately. The only problem is our howling southerlies almost every day without fail. It's not much fun flying a 4 pound plane in 30 knot winds. But at least we know we can do it.
