Default Cheap Brushless Setup

Hi all.

I recently won [link=http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=006&item=160003371178&rd =1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1]this[/link] cheap brushless setup on ebay.

I set it up, put it in an airboat, and I was pleasently suprised at how well it went. I know this brushless motor and ESC are very bad quality, but being 14 I have a very low budget, and I want to find out what this brushless stuff is all about. I have decided I want to make a brushless non-airboat boat. A few people have told me that the motor or ESC would melt/burn up, but as it is cheap, I am willing to risk this. As outrunner motors can't be watercooled, I would make it aircooled. I don't really want to have a gearbox, so I know the prop will have to be quiete small. What size hull and prop would you recommend? (I will use a 7.2V 1700mah battery). Sould I make an outrigger?
