These tiny motors work well only in micro boats, go here to see examples: http://www.microhydros.com/
The boats must be small, no longer than 18" and weigh not more than about 1.25 lbs. Use a plastic x431 cut sown to 28 mm. The small outrunner does not need water cooling as long as you do not run it for too long at one time. An outrigger can be very difficult to set up correctly for a beginner - I suggest a small mono, surface drive of course. Good luck!
