I got a wild idea to bash a J-3 cub kit into a PA-24 Pawnee ag plane. I know that the Pawnee was a development of the Super Cub but a change to the rudder shape and the addition of flaps would fix that. Has anyone tried that recently? Everyone has a cub or two but the pawnee is not a common model. It does not look like it would be impossable. In fact it looks like it could be done pretty easily. Any thoughts? I've had a Great Planes .40 Cub kit gathering dust for a while and think I might like to give this a try.
