It's rather hard to be decisive about just where the wing tips are with the wing design of the Swallow.

What point, in inches or mm from the forward beginning of the wing at the fuse, would you suggest?
Mea culpa I was looking at the CMP plane not the flying "jet" plane that you have.

If you hold the plane (with and with OUT the weights) by the wings sides, at which point does it balance?

Ideally around the "break" in the wing or foward... should be about right...
