a GWS 2.5x1 would be a good start i believe, should get 13 grams or more of thrust per motor.
the MM motors are a bit stronger than the average 7mm motor, and has a hotter wind as well, so they'll pull some power, but should be less than an amp per motor. you can get an idea of what similar motors get in terms of thrust and amp draw here:

a balsa products yellow 2.25" prop would work too, as well as the TT pusher prop. you can get both, as well as the GWS props here:
