My son finally manged to rip the gears off of my micromosquito, and now I am thinking about making a little dual motor plane out of the electronics from it. I have no issues piecing together a fuselage from balsa, but I have no idea where I can get little props. Can anyone suggest a good place to pick up some props that would be appropriately sized for an indoor micro biplane. If I could see a product line of what dimension props are available, I could get a better idea of where I'm going to go with this project. Right now, I'm just trying to figure out exactly how much weight these little MM motors can spin without overheating.

a GWS 2.5x1 would be a good start i believe, should get 13 grams or more of thrust per motor.
the MM motors are a bit stronger than the average 7mm motor, and has a hotter wind as well, so they'll pull some power, but should be less than an amp per motor. you can get an idea of what similar motors get in terms of thrust and amp draw here: http://home.comcast.net/~gordon-johnson/ss7mm.htm you'd probably have over an ounce of thrust per motor if you went geared, at less than an amp.
a balsa products yellow 2.25" prop would work too, as well as the TT pusher prop. you can get both, as well as the GWS props here: http://www.bsdmicrorc.com/products.cfm?catID=10009
any idea of the type of plane you'll go with?

I was thinking about doing a twin engine biplane, but I'm not sure how well it will/would work out considering I want to use all of the mm gear including the Li-po (which seems a tad heavy for what I want to do) I expect balancing to be a big problem, but for me it is all about the tinkering and trying new things, so I'm actually kind of looking forward to the challenges. Thanks for the link and info, that is exactly what I was looking for.
