That motor is a either a Homelite 33cc or a 38cc chainsaw engine. It looks like the cylinder was turned down on a mill turn table. The second engine looks like a homelite but the crank shaft is wrong. Homelites have nearly an inch of shaft sticking out before it tapers down to the thread.
