I finally got around to doing the last part of the "conversion". I decided to mount the bellcrank for throttle control on the airframe instead of the engine itself. The bellcrank and linkages I raided from my helicopter spare parts so it is very smooth with almost zero slop. Now I just have to finish the rest of the plane!
