Rich,
you may want to read ALL of the following forum. There was some concern over the stated weight of the plane and the actual build out weight of the plane as well as some other issues.

I am of the beleif that if a supplier suggests a plane should weigh "x" number of pounds and ounces, that when complete it should come out within a few ounces of the stated weight if equally equipped.

Reading through this forum apprently there was some issues, so I have elected to look elsewhere for a tri pacer kit and will consider scratch building one if need be. I suggest you read this forum...unfortunately the moderator saw fit to lock it after some nasty comments began to fly!
