I ordered a Bronco OV-10 last week.
I got email notification on 25th Nov to say it had been shipped. I went to check today the order status and tracking by the link they give me and the order status now say`s cancelled!.Also no tracking available from UPS for the ref: given[] I`m aliitle confussed as the funds have been debited from my credit card.

I`ve Sent Nitro Planes a PM,

Steve
Well I still have not had a reply dispite sending an email to their support address etc. I have now had my credit card refunded, however I find it quite bizzare that nobody has bothered to send me an explanation.I have now since ordered a Simprop Dornier 328 from a uk supplier who I discovered was now importing these kits.

Meanwhile my Nitro-planes Cri-Cri awaits its test flight once the uk climate allows!

I`m really happy with the quality if these kits, but Nitro-Planes lets themselves down on the Customer Services side.

Steve, Christmas is really coming hard on us this year and I believe the OV10 bronco was an oversize item that was not able to ship by the post office. We tried to sneek it pass the post office but it got rejected at the processing plant [:'(] so basically we just refunded your credit card. However, we are working with a new courier for UK customers and probably by Spring of next year, we'll be able to ship oversize airplanes to Europe and Australia....when that day comes, u'll see a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT
